Campbelltown City Band, the 2016 State D-Grade Champion Brass Band, is seeking a Musical Director to take the band from the earliest mutually agreeable date.

The band seeks to provide quality musical entertainment for the City of Campbelltown and to provide musical development opportunities for band members. Membership is drawn from a wide cross-section of the Adelaide community, from the young to the “not-so-young”. The band has a reputation for being friendly and supportive and strives to ensure that all are encouraged in their musical endeavours.

Band engagements include community concerts, school fetes, ANZAC Day Dawn Service and Street Parade, Remembrance Day Service, Strathalbyn Bands Festival, SABA Band Championships, Christmas Carol Events, and Campbelltown City Council events.

Rehearsals are every Wednesday night 7:30pm to 9:30pm and, from February 2017, will be held in the Campbelltown Function Centre, 172 Montacute Road, Rostrevor

An allowance is paid for expenses for all rehearsals and engagements, along with a budget for new music as required.
