Campbelltown participated in the Barossa Band Festival but were disapointed to find out our slot was not until 9:30pm. By the time we had played our 25 minutes and packed up it took some members 2 hours to get home. A rather late night for some.
But the music we played was certainly entertaining and had the crowd clapping along and wanting more. Yes, a crowd! This was a unique experience to be playing to a large and responsive audience. Must have something to do with the Barossa Valley and BYO.
But we did play well in the large tin shed of the Tanunda Show Hall and we did enjoy the evening.
